Body after Birth/ cuerpo post parto 

Each person is different as every body is different! I am lucky enough to not have put on lots of weight during pregnancy and most of it was gone within the first few weeks. But obviously I didn’t have a beach body for this summer, I was not firm at all as June is too close to the summer to have time to change this, plus after a c-section I couldn’t do any Sit ups or exercise that would strain my stomach so I did lotssss of walking at the beach with the pram. It was great and I started losing more weight. However, as soon as we came back home and it was too hot to go out I put a bit back on again. Finally it seems temperatures are getting lower so we have started walking again. I am someone who really doesn’t know how to diet 😁 I don’t eat much as it is but I like to chose what I eat and luckily haven’t really ever had to diet. I like going to the gym but at the moment don’t really have time for it, hopefully walking everyday will be enough to lose some weight before Christmas when every tends to eat too much! What we shouldn’t do is compare ourselves to someone else who has had a baby and lost weight as we are all different and at the moment the number one priority is keeping well and looking after the baby! 

Cada persona es distinta ya que cada cuerpo es distinto. Tengo suerte que no engorde tanto durante el embarazo y había perdido la mayor parte en las primeras post parto. Pero obviamente no tenía mi cuerpo ideal del verano, no estaba “fuerte” ya que junio es demasiado cerca del verano. Además después de una cesárea no podía hacer ejercicios como abdominales ni ejercicio que hacía fuerza en la zona abdominal así que me pise a andar muchooooo en la playa con el carricoche. Estuvo genial y seguí perdiendo peso. No obstante, en cuanto volvamos a casa hacía mucho calor y no podíamos salir, empecé a ganar algo de peso otra vez. Por fin parece que las temperaturas empiezan a bajar y ya hemos empezado a salir otra vez esta semana a pasear. Yo soy una persona que no sé realmente seguir ninguna dieta 😁 no como mucho pero me gusta elegir lo que coma y por suerte nunca he tenido que hacer dieta. Me gusta ir al gimnasio pero ahora mismo eso no es factible con el bebe así que ¡espero que los paseos ayuden a perder peso antes de Navidad! No debriamos compararnos con otras mujeres que hayan tenido bebes y perdido peso ya que todas somos distintas, ¡nuestras prioridades son el bebe y nuestra salud!
